The concentrator will communicate with the Electricity meter devices installed at the consumer service points, and it will be used for Automatic meter management of the meters by collecting the Energy Data and it will be used to control the meters by sending different configuration or commands.
The concentrator includes different security features of:

Our Data Concentrator Unit TL3010-RI was acquired from Telecon in November 2018 and is considered a key part of El Sewedy Electrometer’s Communication Devices portfolio. This device has proven itself in very challenging deployment environments including the successful SCEDC and MEDC projects in Egypt utilizing PRIME v1.4 on the FCC band since 2019.
Initially this device was working based on PRIME v1.3, then it switched to work on PRIME 1.4. Today the device supports both utilizing the same Hardware for the CENELEC and FCC bands.
The concentrator will be installed in the electricity grid kiosks to be capable to communicate with the consumer electricity meters and collect the needed data then send them to the Head End System (HES) on the server side through SOAP interface.
